Tried the Flowpresso here — really cool experience. It felt like a full-body massage in about 40 minutes, and the benefits were legit. Also tried the PMF machine; I do jujitsu and had a sore shoulder, and it actually helped a lot within an hour. Place was super clean, and the staff and owner were great. Had a great experience at ALBI Wellness. The facility is extremely clean, modern, and very well designed. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating a space that feels both relaxing and high-end. What really stood out was the variety of advanced recovery treatments all in one place. From hyperbaric oxygen therapy to red light therapy and compression, everything feels intentional and professionally run. It’s not your typical spa, it feels more like a performance and recovery lab. Cyrus, is a very respectful and accommodating person. Today was my second time doing my sauna and red-light therapy.  I sleep better and my body feels very relaxed. I have been coming to the center for over 6 months now and I do Flowpresao every week. It has truly changed my quality of life. My sleep has improved so much the inflammation and pain I had are all but gone. I love everything about this place.
