What is Flowpresso?

Unlike traditional lymphatic treatments, Flowpresso® uses a full-body compression suit that delivers sequential pressure, thermodynamic heat, and deep compression to:

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy
Supports detoxification, reduces swelling, and boosts immune health by enhancing natural lymph flow using advanced sequential compression.
Improved Circulation
Heat and compression work together to increase blood flow, deliver oxygen-rich nutrients, and reduce fluid retention — promoting whole-body wellness.
Post-Surgical Recovery Support
Accelerates healing, reduces pain and inflammation, and improves mobility — ideal for post-op care and chronic pain relief.
Natural Stress Relief
Activates the parasympathetic nervous system to calm the body, lower stress levels, and promote deep relaxation and emotional balance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at 281-520-3722 or info@albiwellness.com if you cannot find an answer to your question

How do I prepare for a Flowpresso session?

Please wear a long sleeve shirt, long pants, and socks; something athletic and comfortable. For best results, arrive on an empty stomach and avoid eating heavy foods the day of or after your session. Make sure you are well hydrated and we highly recommend electrolytes or sea salt in your water to keep your minerals high throughout the day. A binder like activated charcoal or chlorella tablets is recommended to help bind to any toxins released from the lymphatic system.

How many sessions do I need to see results?

You will feel extremely rejuvenated even after a single session. However, for best results we recommend at least 3 sessions, one each week, to really transform your lymphatic system. The first session just starts to mobilize the stagnant lymph and the subsequent sessions allow it to flow in a healthy and normalized state. Waiting too long in between sessions could start this process over which is why it is recommended to do weekly for best results. For the true health seeker, six to twelve sessions will help you see even better results and Flowpresso is safe enough to do every week for as long as you'd like.

I loved my Flowpresso session! Can I come back tomorrow and do it again?

It is recommended to wait at least 4 days between sessions but most members opt for weekly.

I get claustrophobic, is this stressful?

No! In fact this is a relaxing experience that helps reduce stress and anxiety due to the Deep Pressure Therapy. However, if you do get claustrophobic we can turn off the heat, remove the arm coverings, or remove the face mask. We also give you a call button to reach us if you need anything during your treatment.

How is this different than your Leg Compression offering?

In addition to the Thermotherapy and Deep Pressure Therapy, Flowpresso's lymphatic drainage technology has overlapping chambers that help wring you out to focus on the lymph rather than the pressure offered by the recovery boots. We also have you in a private room with music, essential oils(optional), and an eye mask(optional) to make this an immersive experience.

Are there any contra-indications?

Although Flowpresso is extremely gentle, it is not recommended if you have deep vein thrombosis, blood clots, or congestive heart failure.
