Welcome to ALBI Wellness. By accessing our website, booking services, attending events, or visiting our center, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
ALBI Wellness offers holistic therapies, events, and wellness programs designed to support detoxification, recovery, and optimization. Our services include red light therapy, PEMF, lymphatic compression, cold plunge, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and more.
2. Booking & Membership
All sessions must be booked in advance. Memberships are billed automatically via credit card. By purchasing a membership, clients agree to the terms outlined in their membership contract.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 12 hours before the session. Same-day reschedules can be handled on a case-by-case basis by calling the center. No-shows without notice result in forfeited credits. Deposits for hard shell hyperbaric appointments are nonrefundable in the case of no-shows.
4. Payments
All services must be prepaid online or at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards via secure payment processors. Memberships are auto-billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site-including branding, text, photos, and videos-is owned by ALBI Wellness and may not be reused without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Use of ALBI Wellness services is voluntary and at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries or health outcomes resulting from participation in any service or event.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
